Overview

At Epic, we want every client to feel confident when booking with us, which is why our refund_returns Singapore policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and easy to understand. Whether you’re planning a corporate gala, wedding, or private celebration, knowing your options gives you peace of mind from the moment you confirm your event. To be eligible for a refund, the photobooth must be canceled at least 30 days before the actual event date.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

If the refunds are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the refund amount will be transfer within 2 weeks upon approval.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
